Pears and Chocolate Crumble

Ingredients:

For the dough
60 g flour
50 g butter
60 g sugar
50 g ground almonds
1 handful of chocolate chips
For the filling
3 pears
70 g butter
60 g sugar

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325 F
Clean and slice the pears (discard the seeds).
In a skillet place the pears, sugar and butter. Cook for about 5 minutes stirring constantly until it starts to caramelize.
Remove from the heat and set aside. Now you can prepare the “crumble dough”.
In a bowl combine flour, sugar, butter. Stir until it becomes a bit like sand. Stir in the ground almonds.
Divide the fruits into ramekins. Crumble the dough over the ramekins.
Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
When it’s done allow to cool a little bit before serving
